Job Function

This position will be the technical lead of the software development group and report into the CTO. This will emcompass having an overview of all technologies used, the archtecture, the documentation, etc. The successful candidate will function as the CTO's number 1, meaning that they will be responsible for the entire developmentt team in the CTO's absence, including communications with customers, support, customer services and top-level management.

This role will also be Deputy Manager of the development team, and as such be comfortable with communicating clearly and consistently as well as keeping an overview of the entire development team. Beyond having clear insight and hands-on experience with the applied technologies, the role must be held by a very enthusiastic person with a very good communication skills and the determination to see things through.

Development is done using design patterns, unit testing, continuous integration, OOD/OOP, in a process framework using the Agile development methtodology. For this position, a bright person with an adaquate amount of experience and an abundance of drive and ambition is sought.
