Advise and assist the contractor in the development of the work
programs.

Record and report the actual progress of the work versus the planned
work.

Prepare data related to the monthly reports and supplements.

Review and provide recommendations related to contractors time claim
settlements.

Advise regarding the contractor's resources allocation.

Monitor the project work programs measures and advise on corrective
measures.

Prepare updated versions of the Contract Administration Manual,
as necessary. Audit compliance with the procedures and report variances
to the Resident Engineers.

Assist and update all task activities flow charts.

Prepare and update all task activities flow charts.
-
Perform all other duties that may be requested by the Resident Engineers.
