Senior Quantity Surveyors

We need Senior Quantity Surveyors in each of our regional offices to lead QS Services and be part of Project Management teams on large scale building projects.

• We are seeking Quantity Surveyors with an appropriate degree and a minimum of 6 years experience for junior positions, 12 years for mid level and 18 years for senior, Preference will be given to candidates who are full and current members of the RCIS.
• The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a successful track record preferably in the A/E/P - PM/CM, be able to work on their own initiative whilst maintaining a team spirit.
• The ability to liaise with all departments/clients in clear and concise English is as must.
  
• As an experienced QS you will be able to demonstrate skills as outlined below

Pre-Construction Services

• Supervising preparation of pre-construction documentation;
  
• Preparation of Cost Plans
  
• Value Engineering
  
• Preparation of budget and cost estimates, to include complete building works, MEP and Infrastructure;
  
• Preparation of contract conditions
