Duration: Approx 3.5 years

Location: Ruwais Site

Our client has a requirement for a QA/QC Manager on their PMC Team for Green Diesel Refinery Project. The QA/QC Manager will form part of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team on the Takreer Project.

Initially candidate will be based in Client’s office in Abu Dhabi for approx 1 month, then move to EPC contractor’s office in Korea for approx 12-14 months, then a possible move to site, Ruwais (Approx 230 kms from Abu Dhabi city), UAE for the remaining duration of the project.

Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Engineering Degree qualification from a recognized Western/European University.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry in onshore and offshore refinery gas plant projects.
• Preferably FEED experience.

Should have thorough knowledge of international oil and gas quality systems requirements adopted during design, engineering, procurement and construction of large oil and gas projects and shall be able to guide & direct the EPC CONTRACTOR to ensure that EPC deliverables fully reflect QA/QC requirements of the applicable codes, standards and other specific guidelines set forth. Should preferably have conducted, in the capacity of Lead Auditor, quality assurance audits performed during the execution of EPC works of oil and gas projects of comparable scope and value.

Should have the ability to deal with EPC contractors while exercising absolute control on the work.

Middle East experience would be a definite advantage.

Excellent management and communication skills are a must.
